Fees & Policies

Fee Policies

  • Fees are collected on the date of service
  • I am not contracted with any insurance carriers as an in-network provider

All clients who wish to use out-of-network insurance benefits will be provided with a “superbill” to submit to their insurance company on request.

In order to estimate your cost, you may wish to call your insurance company and ask: whether you have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits and what percentage of session fees will be covered.

You may also wish to know if you need to meet a deductible before you can receive out-of-network benefits, what documentation should be submitted, and when your plan year begins/ends.

Relevant CPT codes include:

  • 90791 (initial assessment)
  • 90837 (53-60 minute session)
  • 90834 (36 to 52 minute session)

Fees and Services

Individual Therapy for Teens and Adults:

  • $250 initial assessment (60 minutes)
  • $190 ongoing therapy (45 minutes)

Assessments:

  • $250/hour (prorated), which includes initial interview, testing, report writing, and feedback. Cost varies but typically assessments require 4 to 10 billable hours. You may schedule a free phone consultation to describe your needs and receive a cost estimate.

Right to a Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.  For more information:
